For the past 5 years or so, Global Advance has had specific and intentional training for women in leadership. Often times these women focused sessions would run concurrent with a Pastors Conference or within the context of a workshop in a Marketplace Conference. There are countless testimonies of God changing and transforming ladies around the world through what we now call The Esther Project.

GHANA -

Evelyn was always a capable manager for an oil company. She told us “the GABI (Global Advance Business Institute) training gave me the courage to start my own business”. Last year she began a poultry business for free-range chickens. It is already profitable and she’s teaching her daughter how to run it. Her daughter already has a vision for expanding the business and using it to bless others.

PHILIPPINES -

From Pastor George:  “My wife just attended the conference and I was so blessed to see the change in her countenance!  This has made such an impact in her life.  She has a renewed joy and passion to serve the Lord with gladness.”

KAZAKHSTAN -

A Christian businesswoman in Kazakhstan by the name of Rose.  Rose invented a bug repellent product that has sold well in the retail markets of Kazakhstan. She explained a smile, "I use portions of the profits from my business to fund missions work in Afghanistan." Here is a Kazak Christian businesswoman using her skills and resources for the expansion of the Gospel in another nation!

TEAM MEMBER FROM USA -

Thank you for the opportunity to serve the Lord along side you and the team members. I can not even begin to tell you the blessing this has been to me. You are right, this was only the beginning of much more to come in international ministry. Joe took one look at me when I got home and said, "Africa is in your blood now isn't it." I have dreamed of going to Africa since I was 6 years old. When I was young I was afraid I would miss all of the opportunities for ministry there. God always let me know I would go in His timing. This was indeed His timing and has changed my life forever. I know that sounds like a cliché, but it is a reality. Hal and Martha and the rest of the ministry team there impacted my life in such a way that I feel I am the one who was ministered to. I have a greater passion to do God's will and only His will in business and in ministry. There is no time for any other agenda. Seeing the women touched and seeing the changes, healings and deliverances in their lives was incredible. Seeing the business men and women catch on to basic business concepts and understand how and why they were important from a Biblical perspective was so awesome. I never knew net present value and the budgeting process could be so anointed and inspiring! J I am humbled by God's infinite wisdom.
